Oren Toledano is the Co-Founder and CEO of Swimm, leading a team focused on developing the Knowledge Operating System for Software Development.

With over 10 years in the tech industry, Oren has a background in strategy, start-ups, and executive management. He founded Israel Tech Challenge and led the organization to train professionals in tech skills.

Oren also has experience in cultural and educational exchange programs as the Head of the France-Belgium delegation at the Jewish Agency.

His educational background includes a MA in Political and Security Sciences from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Political Sciences from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Oren has held key positions such as Co-Founder & CEO at both Swimm and Israel Tech Challenge, Head of the France-Belgium delegation at the Jewish Agency, and Head of Department (Major) at Israel Defense Forces - Military Intelligence.
