Or Weis has held various positions in the tech industry, including senior software engineer and project leader at IDF, lead software engineer and product architect at Intigua, co-founder and CTO at Reactful, Ministry of Defense Cyber/Software Consultant at Malam, director of cyber-security solutions at Netline Communications Technologies (NCT), and freelance senior software engineer/architect at Singular Labs.

Or Weis is passionate about debugging and is committed to optimizing infrastructure solutions for live data collection and delivery, replacing tons of code and work you'd usually be wasting on writing logs, debugging, database pipelines, analytics, and more. He created Rookout, an on-demand live debugger that enables real-time bug tracking and debugging without coding, redeployment, or server restarts.
