Onkar Kulkarni

Onkar Kulkarni is a graduate student at the State University of New York, Binghamton, with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. He excels in leadership, exploring new technologies, and has a strong background in data science and machine learning. Currently, as a Software Development Engineer I at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Onkar is involved in designing and developing tools to verify the correctness of large-scale distributed PostgreSQL databases with highly concurrent transactions. His past experience spans working with various technologies related to data and databases, including backend production servers, maintenance and scalability of relational and non-relational databases, algorithm optimizations, data modeling, and data visualization for small-scale industries. With a keen interest in algorithms and data, Onkar is actively seeking opportunities in Software Development and Data Science. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Thomas J. Watson School of Engineering and Applied Science, Binghamton University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Pune University.
