Having served as the Vice President of Value Added Services at HTC Corp post the acquisition of Abaxia in 2010, Ongan has excelled in delivering and executing service strategy roadmaps.

Prior to his tenure at HTC Corporation, Ongan oversaw and supervised near shore R&D sites in Belarus for companies where he was a shareholder, managing a team of 127 engineers with expertise ranging from embedded systems to server-side development.

His proactive initiatives included establishing academy programs focusing on mobile technologies in collaboration with local universities, investing in cutting-edge tech laboratories, and nurturing talent. Ongan's entrepreneurial acumen was recognized through 'Best Entrepreneur' awards in Belarus in 2010 and 2011.

Equipped with a Master's degree in Media and Telecom from the University of Offenburg, Germany, Ongan combines academic prowess with hands-on experience in managing diverse engineering teams, demonstrating profound knowledge in product and service development.
