Ondrej Juricka is a Talent Partner with over 9 years of experience in helping businesses grow by recruiting and coaching new colleagues, hiring managers, interviewers, and colleagues, as well as building and supporting Talent Acquisition infrastructure.

His journey into the industry began with a passion for technology during his high school years, where he enjoyed programming games in Java and PHP. This early interest in IT subjects led him to create websites, administration interfaces, and plugins, sparking his fascination with how technology impacts and improves our lives.

Ondrej pursued higher education with a focus on both Design and Human Resources. He studied Masters in Design at the University School of Design and Engineering of Barcelona, Masters in Human Resources, and Bachelors in Human Resources at the University of Defense in Brno, as well as Economics at Business Academy Uherske Hradiste.

Throughout his career, Ondrej has held key roles in renowned organizations.
