Omolola Adele-Oso is an accomplished entrepreneur, architect, tech founder, and organization development practitioner with a focus on addressing issues within Africa and its diaspora, social justice, and good governance.

She was nominated as a Changemaker for the 2016 White House United State of Women and has made notable appearances on BBC World Service, Al Jazeera, NPR's Diane Rehm Show, The Kojo Nnamdi Show, among others. Additionally, her work has been featured in prestigious publications such as The Guardian, Black Enterprise, The Daily Beast, CNN, and The Washington Post.

Omolola Adele-Oso's expertise lies in organization development, strategy development, community engagement and organizing, design, public speaking, and photography.

She pursued a Master of Science in Organization Development at American University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Howard University.

Currently, Omolola Adele-Oso serves as the CEO of LOS Lifestyle Co. Her previous experiences include founding and leading NGO Checker, serving as a Strategic Programs Consultant at the Obama Foundation, being an Executive Director & Co-Founder at Act4Accountability, and various other roles in prestigious organizations like My Brother's Keeper Alliance, Taproot Foundation, and StartingBloc.
