Omer Levi

Omer Levi is the Director of Investment Operations at iAngels, where he oversees all aspects of the fund's activities, including legal transactions, due diligence, portfolio management, and exit strategies. His role involves managing the operational side of investments for iAngels and its affiliates.12

Before joining iAngels, Omer worked as an Articled Clerk and Associate in the M&A, High-Tech, and Venture Capital department at Gross&Co. There, he represented various entities such as companies, startups, venture capitalists, and private equity funds in their daily operations, financing rounds, and mergers and acquisitions.13

Omer holds an MBA and an LL.B in Law & Government from Reichman University. He became a certified member of the Israeli Bar Association in 2018, adding legal expertise to his investment operations role.13
