Omer Hertz is an experienced technological leader with a passion for learning new technologies and solving complex problems. Hertz has spent the past 11 years directing development and developers in startups and big companies, making him a skilled player in the field. With a BSc in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University and a successful career in leading teams in solving big technical challenges, he proves his capability as a software engineer.

Hertz discovered Agile along the way and has been using it in every project since then. He has served as a Full stack Team Leader at Namogoo, VP R&D at Artbrain, VP R&D at Raycatch - AI Diagnostics for Solar Energy, Co-Founder and CTO at K-Lawyers, Co-Founder and CTO at Wilu, AXI and ACE VIP RnD team manager at Cadence Design Systems, and PCI-Express VIP team manager at Cadence Design Systems. Aside from those, he has also worked under Intel, DV team, mini processors.

Hertz has a remarkable educational background, studying at Harishonim high school, and graduating with a BSc in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University. Hertz is known for his expertise in leading software development teams, Agile methodology, and his passion for learning new technologies and problem-solving.
