Omar Zakaria

Omar Zakaria is a highly educated and experienced professional in the fields of finance, business administration, and market intelligence. He earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and completed his undergraduate studies at the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management and Entrepreneurship. His intellectual prowess did not stop there, he also studied at Georgia Tech and Loomis Chaffee School.

Over the years, Omar has worked in several organizations, including EOG Resources, where he worked in market intelligence, and US Capital Advisors, as a research analyst. He also served as an associate in equity research at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as a summer associate in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets. Earlier in his career, he worked in the energy industry, first as a natural gas scheduler at Texas Gas Transmission and later as a commercial analyst at Williams.

Omar's experience as a buyer intern at Foley's and a supply chain analyst intern at Schlumberger have given him strong analytical skills and a theoretical understanding of the industry, making him a well-rounded professional.
