Olumide Adeleye, a Nigerian social entrepreneur, is the Founder & Rector of The Twim Art Institute, Creative Skills Village, and Awarewa.tv.
With a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Farm Management from the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria, Olumide pursued programs in media and creative arts in India, where he was inspired to introduce vocational education for self-employment in Nigeria.
Noteworthy accolades include being named one of the '50 Most Innovative Startups in Africa' by New York Forum Africa, a 2015 Yunus & Youth Fellow, a finalist for the Ford Foundation Prize for Youth Employment, and a winner of the MasterCard Foundation/Ashoka 'Innovations for Youth Employment in Africa'.
He collaborated with the DO School in Germany on scaling educational innovations in Africa, produced educational content for the Queens Young Leaders with Leading Change and worked with Deutsche Welle Global Media Forum as a fellow.
Olumide hosts the Twim Institute Annual Conference, Nigeria's largest youth-led entrepreneurship event, focusing on youth unemployment, self-employment, and entrepreneurship policies. He engages in similar discussions through radio appearances.
His educational background includes diplomas in Visual Special Effects and KarROX Certified Software Professional, and a Bachelor of Agriculture in Agricultural Economics.
Olumide has served as a Consultant in Web & Media at Azikel Group, a Youth Corps Member in Osun State, and as the Director of Training at Adel Microsolutions.
