Olly Scholey is a highly skilled field assistant and researcher with a profound understanding of documenting the natural world through filming. His military training has equipped him with leadership, survival, safety, and field craft expertise, which he has effectively applied during numerous wildlife film projects.

He holds a degree in Zoology from the University of Leeds with a specialization in animal locomotion. Olly also has a publication pending on cheetahs, showcasing his in-depth knowledge of specific wildlife subjects. Throughout his life, he has garnered extensive experience in observing wildlife globally, demonstrating an exceptional ability to anticipate the behavior of various animals.

In addition to his naturalist skills, Olly is a professional scuba diver certified as a PADI Divemaster and proficient in extreme sports such as parachuting, rock climbing, and skiing. He is also a published wildlife stills photographer, further highlighting his diverse talents in capturing the beauty of the natural world.
