Olivier Sanviti

Olivier Sanviti is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aston Avocats, specializing in Private Equity, M&A, and NTIC Law (Internet, Telecommunications, Softwares). He is a member of the Paris Bar and Madrid Bar with fluency in French, English, and Spanish.

With a background in law and business, Olivier holds advanced executive communication skills from Harvard Business School, a Ph.D. in Private Law from Université de Picardie Jules Verne, a Postgraduate diploma in Law, English Law from the University of Reading, a Master's in European Business Management from ESCP Business School, and a DESS in International Business Law from Université René Descartes.

His professional experience includes being the Founder, Managing Partner, and Head of the Private Equity / M&A Department at Aston Avocats. He has also served as a member of the Board of Directors at International Practice Group (IPG) and previously worked with various law firms including Gramond & Associés, Sole practitioner, Touzet Bocquet & Associés, and Cournot Avocats.

Olivier specializes in representing innovative and fast-growing companies and their management at all stages of development. He is known for his expertise in NTIC Law and is actively involved in the legal and business community through organizations like IPG.
