He also holds Bachelor degrees in Iron & Steel industry / Materials Engineering and International Business/Trade/Commerce from Université de Metz, France. Additionally, he pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies/Technicians at Université de Metz.

Throughout his career, Olivier Pierson has been associated with reputable organizations such as TEAM OF PARIS & TOP CONSULTING, where he currently serves as Co-Founder and Director. Previously, he held the position of General Manager in companies like ADM Promotions, OXYGEN Limited (Subsidiary of INTERFORCEGROUP), and STELLIMEX S.A. France (Subsidiary of INTERFORCEGROUP). He has also worked in key roles at CABLE S.A. and Automobiles Peugeot.
