Olivier Mougenot

Olivier Mougenot is a seasoned investor and partner at Citizen Capital, where he oversees the early-stage fund. He joined Citizen Capital in 2019 after managing NUMA's acceleration business in Europe, growing its portfolio from 5 to 125 companies. His career began as an M&A analyst at Goldman Sachs in 2004, followed by eight years at BNP Paribas' structured finance team, focusing on infrastructure, power, and utilities projects. Mougenot also co-founded LocalEyes, a company acquired in 2016 by BeMyEye.

He is particularly interested in startups addressing agriculture, education, and mental health challenges, with a focus on fostering inclusive and sustainable growth.
