With a strong educational foundation having studied Sociology at the University of Leeds and attended Withington Girls' School, Olivia has cultivated a proven track record of driving and implementing global standards for communication strategies across various sectors including pharmaceutical, FMCG, retail, food & drink, technology, healthcare, lifestyle, and insurance.

Currently serving as the Senior Director of Corporate Communications for UK & Ireland at Visa, Olivia's previous roles include Director of Corporate Communications for Europe at Visa, Head of Social & Digital Communications at Visa, Director of Global Communications & Content at GSK, interim Head of UK Corporate Communications at eBay, and various leadership positions at Fleishman-Hillard, Publicis Consultants, and Hill & Knowlton.
