Olivia Onyemaobi

Olivia Onyemaobi is a renowned entrepreneur and social advocate based in Nigeria. She is the visionary founder of Pad-Up Creations, a company dedicated to providing affordable and sustainable menstrual hygiene solutions for women in Africa. Recognizing the challenges faced by rural and low-income girls, Olivia's company produces washable and reusable sanitary pads. Additionally, she established the 'Female Forum' to educate and empower women on reproductive health and menstrual hygiene management.

Olivia has received numerous accolades for her impactful work, including the 2018 Most Impactful Entrepreneur award from the Tony Elumelu Foundation, the 2018 British Council Nigeria Business Grant, and being a 2018 Mandela Washington Fellow. She is also a Global Pitch Crowd Vote winner and has been recognized by the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation and Radiant Health as a leading advocate for women's health.

With a diverse educational background, Olivia holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the National Open University of Nigeria, a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from Texila American University, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Madonna University, Nigeria. She has also studied at the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business.

She is the founder of Kommmb Innovations and has previously led the Female Forum Foundation. Olivia's professional journey includes serving as the CEO and Founder of Pad-Up Creations Limited and as a Resident Control Officer at Unity Bank Plc. Her expertise spans entrepreneurship, menstrual hygiene advocacy, reproductive health education, transformation consultancy, and public speaking, all rooted in a deep commitment to addressing critical issues faced by women in Africa.
