Olivia Hervy

Olivia Hervy is a seasoned expert in event management, content marketing and start-up acceleration. She holds a Master's degree in Arts and Entertainment Management from the University of Burgundy (IUP Denis Diderot), and a DEUG in History from the University of Brittany. Olivia sought to diversify her skills as an Artistic Production Executive for the Festival les TransMusicales de Rennes, a Junior Press Officer for Festival La Route Du Rock, and an Events Project Manager for Conseil General d'Ille-et-Vilaine.

Olivia's expertise lies in conference programming, speaker recruitment, and the launch and management of B2B and B2C events. She has led the Midemlab start-up acceleration program to become the leading international event for music-related start-ups and has built the content marketing activity for Reed MIDEM's entertainment shows to become the world’s leading organizer of B2B events. With a strong network of entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, and top executives from the tech and entertainment industries, Olivia has been invited to speak at Slush (tech conference in Helsinki), EBG events (innovation think tank in Paris), and Rock Tech (pitching event in Paris).

Olivia currently serves as the Labs Manager at WeWork after launching and running the WeWork Labs in Paris. Her wealth of experience in the industry and her vast network of contacts enable her to thrive in this role. Olivia's professional accomplishments and expertise make her a valuable resource in the event management, content marketing, and start-up acceleration community.
