Olivia Boger

Olivia Boger is an individual with a diverse background in education and social impact. She is driven by a passion for utilizing technology to foster inclusivity, equity, and kindness in society. Additionally, Olivia enjoys fried pickles and is a dedicated fan of the Duke Blue Devils.

Olivia completed her International Baccalaureate Diploma at Riverwood International Charter School before pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology and Policy Journalism & Media Studies at Duke University.

Throughout her career, Olivia has held various roles in esteemed organizations. She is currently serving as the Director of Partnerships at Deed. Previously, Olivia worked at Freckle Education (formerly Front Row) in progressive roles such as Senior Team Lead, Team Lead, and Senior Account Executive. Her experience also includes positions at Yik Yak, Inc. as a Communications Associate, Teach For America as a Kindergarten Teacher, and at Duke University in different capacities, including a Social Media Intern at the Duke Sports Information Department and a Sanford School Intern at the Marketing and Communications Department. Furthermore, Olivia contributed as a Founding Curation Intern at Hired, Inc. and gained experience as a Sailing Instructor at Nantucket Community Sailing.
