Olivia Benjamin

Olivia Benjamin is a Partner at Operator Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm based in New York. She joined Operator Partners in August 2020, bringing with her extensive experience in investment and finance. Prior to this role, she was an early-stage investor at Bain Capital Ventures from July 2018 to August 2020, where she focused on investments in enterprise software and consumer technology.12

Benjamin's career began at Goldman Sachs, where she spent four years working on the impact investment team. She has a strong entrepreneurial background, having co-founded an online art marketplace during her college years. Additionally, she is actively involved in community building; she founded Ground Floor, a community for early startup employees, and Founder's Table, a co-founder matching community. She also runs Role Call, a monthly newsletter focused on tech and venture capital job opportunities.13

Educationally, Olivia graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College, Columbia University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.14
