Olivia Ang-Olson

Olivia Ang-Olson is a highly accomplished student and public health advocate at Yale University. She recently graduated from Yale College in May 2024 with a B.A. in Political Science and is currently pursuing her M.P.H. in Health Policy & Management at the Yale School of Public Health.12

Academic and Professional Achievements

Olivia has made significant contributions to public health initiatives in New Haven. She currently serves as the Executive Director of HAVEN Free Clinic, a student-run primary care clinic providing free healthcare to uninsured and vulnerable patients in the New Haven region.1 In this role, she oversees 55 department directors across 21 departments and manages 400 volunteers.

Community Involvement

Throughout her time at Yale, Olivia has demonstrated a strong commitment to improving health access:

• Served as the Yale Policy Institute's Public Health Center Director, analyzing vaccination information distribution in Connecticut1
• Volunteered for three years with Hypertension Awareness Prevention Program at Yale (HAPPY), serving as its Co-President in 20231
• Conducted free and regular hypertension screenings for New Haven's homeless population1
