Oliver Huber is a footwear industry veteran, having held various executive and managerial roles at Bally Shoe Factories Ltd. and its subsidiaries. He is a graduate of the ARS-Sutoria Shoe Designer School in Milan and holds a degree in Economics from the Kaufmaennische Berufsschule Olten. Huber also studied Military Intelligence, General, and Lieutenant at the Swiss Air Force Officer Academy in Dubendorf, as well as Real Estate administration at the Federal Real Estate administration School.

With extensive experience in compliance, quality assurance, and sourcing, Huber was the Compliance & Quality Assurance Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, Sourcing Manager, and Chief Representative People's Republic of China at Bally Shoe Factories Ltd., among other roles. He was also the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustee at Bally Swiss Pension Foundation, and the General Manager at Dongguan Delta Leather Sourcing Services Co. Ltd., a Bally Shoe Factories Ltd. company.

Additionally, Huber served as the Team Leader Raw Material Sourcing Shoes and Raw Materials Sourcing Manager Asia at Bally Schuhfabriken AG, and as the Vice-President at Peter Huber Shoe Corporation AG. He was also a Real Estate Trustee at Verfina Immobilien-Treuhand AG.
