Oliver Heel is a senior manager and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) expert with over 18 years of experience in R&D, product management, project management, business development, and corporate strategy. With a broad intercultural experience and expertise in all aspects of the product and project life cycle in traditional as well as lean and agile contexts, Oliver has developed a proven track record of bringing individuals together to form strong cross-functional teams. He has empowered them to think beyond established thought patterns and challenge existing processes while working to deliver the best possible value.

Oliver holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and a Master of Science equivalent in Electrical Engineering from the University of Karlsruhe. Throughout his career, he has worked for multinational companies like Siemens and FLIR Systems. As the VP of Engineering at FLIR Systems, he was responsible for leading the engineering team in developing and launching new products that meet market demands.

With a vast experience in various roles, including Director, Owner at PLM-Pro Inc., and Head of Research and Development at Siemens, Oliver has successfully managed cross-functional teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
