Olha Pliuskvik

Olha Pliuskvik is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. She holds a Master's degree in Management from Ukrainian Catholic University, specializing in the management of non-profit organizations with an outstanding academic record of 92 ECTS A. Additionally, she pursued a Master's degree in Finance, banking, and insurance, focusing on fiscal administration at Ternopil Academy of National Economy. Olha also participated in the Mobility Direct programme at Uniwersytet Łódzki and completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit, specializing in taxation at Ternopil Academy of National Economy.

Throughout her career, Olha has gained valuable experience in various roles. Currently, she serves as the Business Development Manager at LLC 'Business Evolution,' where she demonstrates her expertise in driving growth and opportunities for the company. Previously, she worked as a Business Analyst and specialist in the implementation of 1C software at the same organization. Olha also has experience as an Accountant at the Hotel and entertainment complex ALLIGATOR, showcasing her financial acumen.

In addition to her professional roles, Olha has been actively involved in organizational activities. She previously undertook an internship as an Event Manager at the Foundation for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship, where she honed her event planning skills. Furthermore, she held leadership positions at AIESEC, serving as the Local Committee Exchange Vice-President and later as the Local Committee President of AIESEC in Ternopil, Ukraine, demonstrating her strong leadership and organizational abilities.
