Olga Tsokova is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with an impressive record of success in the banking industry. She joined Manufacturers Bank in September 2023 as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer, where she serves on the Management Committee.1 3

She oversaw the bank's financial operations with direct supervision of accounting, financial and regulatory reporting, accounting policy, tax, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, management analytics, and ESG.1 2

Olga has also held senior and executive finance and accounting positions at City National Bank and Ernst & Young.1 2 She earned a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance and audit from Moscow Finance Academy, International Economic Relations, and completed Harvard Business School's General Management Program.1 2
