She previously held the position of SVP of Venture Platform & Business Development at Citi Ventures, a prominent fintech and enterprise tech-focused VC, where she spearheaded initiatives to drive the growth of portfolio companies. During her tenure at PIMCO in London, Olga played a key role in the expansion of the European business, initially focusing on emerging markets debt products and later transitioning to a more generalist business development role with a UK regional focus.
