Olga Boot is a professional with cross-sectoral experience spanning various industries such as business, non-profit, and public sectors.

She has accumulated 2 years of experience in Silicon Valley startups, 2 years at the United Nations World Food Programme, and another 2 years at the G20/G8 Sherpa office within the Executive office of the Russian President.

Olga's areas of expertise include independent consulting, international project management, cross-cultural communication, development of high-level policy documents for public sector institutions, high-level event management, fundraising and consulting for startups, business development, and building multicultural teams with experience in VR and HRTech.

She finds inspiration in values like rationality, independence, integrity, honesty, justice, productiveness, and pride, as portrayed in Ayn Rand's 'Atlas Shrugged'.

Outside of work, Olga has a passion for sailing.

Olga pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business at the Graduate School of Management St. Petersburg State University and engaged in various exchange programs focusing on global strategy, strategic management, Spanish language, tourism, and travel services management across multiple international institutions.

Throughout her career, Olga has held significant positions such as a Consultant at Startups & Public Sector consultant, Senior Consultant at Oliver Wyman and G20 Saudi Secretariat, Head Of Business Operations at VCV.AI, COO overseeing strategic planning and business development at CEREVRUM INC., Project Director at the United Nations World Food Programme, Senior Counselor in the Russian G20 Sherpa office under the Executive Office of the President in the Russian Federation, and as a Founding Board Member at J8 Club Russia.
