Olesea Prodan

Olesea Prodan is a highly experienced finance professional with a background spanning over 15 years in various finance-related roles. Her expertise includes accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, statutory and international financial reporting, external auditing, internal control, risk management, and internal auditing, with experience across different sectors like telecom, consumer products and retail, manufacturing, oil, energy and utilities, banking, insurance, as well as projects funded by the World Bank and European Commission.

Olesea has developed significant international experience through collaborations with foreign partners. She is known for her strong leadership skills, impressive interpersonal abilities, and effective communication capabilities. She is highly regarded for her sense of responsibility, commitment to tasks, attention to details, and her effectiveness as a team player.

In terms of education, Olesea obtained her Baccalaureate degree from the Romanian-English Lyceum "Mircea Eliade", followed by a Master's degree in Banking Administration from the Academy of Economic Sciences in Moldova. She is also a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Academy of Economic Sciences in Moldova.

Throughout her career, Olesea has held key positions in renowned organizations. She has served as the Finance and HR Operations Manager at Orange Moldova, the Audit and Assurance Manager at Grant Thornton Moldova, the Head of the Internal Audit Department at BCR Chisinau SA, and the Deputy Audit and Assurance Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
