Olena Zanichkovska is an accomplished digital product strategist and business development professional with extensive experience leading transformational projects for major organizations. She is a Founding Partner and Director of Product Strategy at The Gradient, Digital Product Design Agency, where she has worked with industry leaders such as Daimler AG, Jaja Finance, SWAN, and Holberg. Olena specializes in developing digital product strategies that address the intersection of user needs and business challenges, offering a range of services from product design to integrated brand and marketing campaigns. She holds an MA in International Economics and Ph.D. in Management, and has also completed an Executive Development Program in Digital Marketing at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School. Prior to joining The Gradient, Olena held senior positions at Perfectial and ELEKS Software, where she oversaw projects and services relating to digital products and transformations.
