Olen Pearson is an experienced professional with over twenty-five years of achievement in identifying, analyzing, and resolving challenges across various industries.

With a background in accounting and as a certified public accountant, Olen has a proven track record of enhancing processes, initiating new projects, and fostering collaboration among team members.

His expertise spans accounting, finance, risk management, contract negotiation, and real estate/facility management.

Olen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Webster University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & Business from Hendrix College.

Apart from his corporate roles, Olen has served as a Lead Pastor at Levy United Methodist Church and previously held pastoral positions at Gardner Memorial and Amboy United Methodist Churches.

He has also held the role of Director, Capital Management at a prior organization.
