With over twelve years of expertise in office administration, project management, GR consulting, crisis management, international relations, and marketing research, Oleksiy also specializes in developing HR and administrative policies, designing training programs, and facilitating group sessions. Additionally, he possesses a deep understanding of information technologies and their practical applications.

Currently, Oleksiy holds the position of Senior Adviser at CFC Consulting Company and is a former Director and Head of the Project at New Traditions Fund, highlighting his leadership and managerial capabilities in different organizational contexts.
