He holds a Bachelor of Science in German, English Language, and World Literature/Letters from Horlivka State Institute, Faculty of Foreign Languages and Literature. With a rich history in the advertising industry, Oleksiy has held key positions in renowned organizations, including Havas Worldwide Digital Kiev as the Principal Creative Director, McCann Almaty as the Creative Director, GRAPE Ukraine as the Creative Director, Geometry Global - WPP as the Group Creative Director, and Leo Burnett Ukraine as the Creative Group Head.
