Main achievements – development of PB business (start-up project):•	Strategy development: settlement of entrance criteria for PB model. Targets settlement, determination of BAU&BRICKS. Development of product strategy for VIP&Affluent segment;•	B2B synergy projects with “SCM”, “DTEK”, “Metinvest”, “Corum Group”, “UMG” and other “SCM group” subsidiaries;•	“Persona” model start-up: increase of client’s portfolio. Development of entrance criteria, target audience and action plan development in order to achieve business KPI's;•	Opening of the 1st FUIB VIP Center in Ukraine (detailed description of the project provided below, almost the same process as at CREDIT AGRICOLE UKRAINE);•	“Persona” zones roll-out plan implementation (45 zones): selection of premises, location business analysis, development of P&L model, sales point start-up (including presentation for VIP clients) and its animation in order to achieve payback-period ASAP;•	Team development both for Head Office and for regions (team of 70 FTE): staff recruitment and induction program implementation, development of educational plan and personal development plans, conduction of trainings and coaching, annual assessment, implementation of career lift, implementation of Persona team motivation scheme, it’s further upgrade and support, implementation of mentoring system;•	Safe-boxes business development: expansion in the regional centers, upgrade of existing funds, increase of existing safe-boxes capacity, full business automation, successful implementation of X-sell campaigns;•	Investment banking set-up: development of investment products based on e-licenses and state bonds;•	Key achievement: FUIB is a market leader (#1) in premium bundles sales based on Visa Black Platinum and Visa Infinite.

Main achievement – development of PB business “from zero” (start-up project):•	Attraction of 1 000 VIP-clients, majority of them – from open market because up to 2010 those level of service was available only for shareholders and Management Board;•	“VIP-package” product start-up and its further upgrade: content restyling, packaging facelift and repricing. Development of business processes both for sales and service. Development of credit card sales process, conduction of collection process for credit limits;•	Recruitment of the team (50 FTE): staff recruitment and induction program implementation, development of educational plan and personal development plans, conduction of trainings and coaching;•	Mutual program with “CREDIT AGRICOLE” Group: conduction of foreign business trip of 7 best private bankers to Paris for best practice sharing. Preparation during 6 months including traineeship program development and its approval by CA Group. Traineeship were conducted in 5 CA Group banks: “LCL”, “CADIF”, “BGPI”, “B FOR BANK”, “CREDIT AGRICOLE PRIVATE BANKING”;•	Conduction of international desk with “CREDIT AGRICOLE GROUP”: interaction with international CA subsidiaries in order to provide best PB service to the VIP clients;•	Fruitful cooperation with Bank partners during implementation of numerous projects: “Visa”, “Priority Travel Group”, “Mastercard”, “Smartline”, “KPMG”, “Ernst&Young”.

Project: Opening of the 1st“CREDIT AGRICOLE UKRAINE” VIP center:•	Development and further approval with the Management Board VIP center project concept;•	Selection of contractors, conduction of tender, shortlist creation and its further presentation to the Management Board in order to take final decision;•	Premise selection and approval of premise layout alterations with the responsible departments of the bank and state bodies;•	Development of the concept and brand book and its approval by the Management Board;•	P&L model development and its approval with the Management Board (CAPEX, OPEX, break-even point, pay-back period);•	Full project management: construction supervision and field supervision until the transfer of the object into operation, implementation of number of innovations;•	Staff recruitment, induction of newcomers and full VIP center supervision;•	Increase of the client’s base in order to fulfill KPI’s ASAP.Project: “Animation Team”:•	Managing a team of 7 regional managers;•	Distribution of 70 target outlets between 7 regional managers;•	Organization and conduction of monthly sales meetings of the regional managers;•	Organization and conduction of the mystery shopping whole around Ukraine;•	Sales Support of 2 regions on a regular basis (minimum 2 business trips per month);•	Development and implementation of various innovations in sales and business processes;•	Recruitment of sales network staff: 350 interviews were conducted during 3 years.

- B2B sales implementation with insurance companies, development of compensation loan schemes with insurance companies and automotive partners;•	Development, implementation and maintenance of bancassurance system (cooperation with insurance partners);•	Skills of working under pressure: at the time of reanimation of the system I have worked up to 3 a.m. during 2 months;•	First management experience: experience of cross-functional management of 40 salespeople team, experience of direct management of 3 people team;•	Achievement of the average monthly deposit portfolio of approved insurance companies in the Bank up to UAH 100 million;•	Receiving a monthly commission income of up to UAH 3 million.•	Conduction of B2B sales system with biggest developers;•	Attraction of key developers in Kiev and Lviv: direct access to decision makers of the largest developers. Signing of General cooperation agreements with key developers.•	Development, implementation and maintenance of new investment projects of all types;•	Active monitoring and support of existing construction projects;•	Project management skills. As a result of the successful finalization of in project “New City”, I prevented a loss in the amount of about UAH 100 million.

Main responsibilities and Acquired skills:•	Selling a full range of products to VIP clients;•	Skills of working with VIP clients, understanding their needs;•	Skills of working with developers in the primary real estate market;•	Skills of working under pressure: in the “high season” I could have made up to 4 mortgage loans in a row and form credit file until 3 a.m.;•	Teamwork skills and partnership skills.Main achievements:•	During 2 years was promoted 2 times;•	Loan portfolio of 200 VIP clients totaling $ 20 million;•	The largest loan issued is $ 3 million per person.
