Oleksandr Koval, an experienced business leader, has been connecting visionary companies with talented individuals for over 15 years. Koval holds a master's degree from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute,' and has also studied at the Kyiv Mohyla Business School and the Lyceum Intellect in Kyiv.

Koval is currently working as a partner of Executive Search & IT Recruiting at WRK Consult Ltd. Previously, he was the Chief Strategy Officer / HRD (consulting project) at MK Holdings and a Turnaround CEO (consulting project) at eCall. He also held executive positions at Viasat (MTG), Kyivstar (Telenor, Altimo, Vimpelcom), and Golden Telecom (Altimo, Telenor, NASDAQ: GLDN). Prior to this, he worked as a management consultant and a teacher of computer science at Lyceum Intellect.
