Oleg Rakitsky

Oleg Rakitskii holds a Diploma in International Economic Relations from Moscow State Institute of International Relations and an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington. With a wealth of experience in the corporate world, Oleg has held leadership positions in prestigious organizations, serving as the CEO at Siemens and Siemens Financial Services in the Commercial Finance division for regions like East and Asia Pacific. Prior to his role at Siemens, Oleg was the CEO at DeltaLeasing and the Strategy Department Head at Park Group. His financial expertise was further honed during his tenure as the Vice President of Project and Export Finance, as well as an Account Manager in the Trade and Commodity Finance division at ING Bank.
