Oleg Polyakov

Oleg Polyakov, a skilled and experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Protection Engineering from Kazakhstan State Architecture and Construction Academy. Mr. Polyakov has built a career in the telecommunication industry, where he held various senior IT management positions, contributing significantly to the growth and success of some of the most significant companies in the region.

At VimpelCom, Mr. Polyakov served as the Chief Information Officer for their subsidiary, Sky Mobile in Kyrgyzstan, where he enhanced the organization's technological strategies and processes while overseeing their application lifecycle management. Oleg also previously held the position of Deputy Head of Billing IT Department at K-Mobile and was the Head of Business Application Support IT at Beeline Kazakhstan.

Mr. Polyakov's technical background and management expertise have allowed him to streamline internal processes and drive business outcomes while bridging the gap between business and technology.
