•	Managed MOVEit Cloud product line – a cloud-based secure file transfer Software-as-a-Service offering used by over 150 businesses.  As part of an expansion to the EMEA market, spearheaded review and upgrade of contractual terms and legal framework, support policy, packaging, pricing, sales enablement tools, and business processes for SaaS delivery.
•	Led the cross-functional team to launch the MOVEit flagship offering on Azure Marketplace.
•	Led the incubation of next-generation cloud-based IT BI/Analytics solution based on AWS. 
•	Developed the go-to-market growth strategy for Managed Service Providers, including a new consumption-based pricing model and the MSP Partnership program.

•	Managed the full spectrum of Product Management activities for the cloud security solution comprised of Identity and Access Management and Advanced Authentication SaaS for business and consumer users.
•	Oversaw validation of cloud security market entry and advised the business on the strategy through research and analysis of the latest industry and regulatory trends, competitive landscape monitoring, identification of emerging customer needs and opportunities, and testing of different hosting arrangements and pricing models.
•	Successfully led the business transformation from a traditional on-premises software vendor to SaaS provider by coaching the cross-functional team on unique aspects of becoming a SaaS vendor, including the language used in product documentation and customer communications, support model, sales and partner enablement, cost structure, pricing and revenue recognition, service availability reporting, usage metering, and micro-transactions. 
•	Inspired customer loyalty, leading to a steady increase in solution adoption, by continually focusing the product team on critical customer success enablers. Actively engaged with customers, partners, and field to monitor their needs and identify new opportunities. Moderated and contributed to the online user community.
•	Enabled 75% cost reduction for the inefficient to advance solution to fund the acquisition of new technology and successful incubation of the next-generation replacement for the high growth market segment. This critical and challenging competitive step became possible with orderly execution of the current solution stabilization, without adverse impact on existing customers.
•	Led the organizational transformation from mostly waterfall process-driven, command and control culture, to early Agile introduction, and to high performing, self-organized Agile scrum teams and acceptance of lean business practices. Coached and guided to success individual contributors and teams at all levels.

CA Technologies

•	Managed the widely adopted, market-leading solution (CA Spectrum) and later oversaw incubation and launch of the next-generation IT BI/Analytics solution (CA Performance Management 2.0) by researching market requirements, planning and executing new product releases, developing business relations with vendors, and suppliers, defining pricing, publishing blogs, white papers, and marketing collateral, and presenting to user communities, prospective customers and global field organization at trade shows, on-site visits, structured training programs, and webinars.
•	Helped produce more appealing solutions in less time by leading the transformation to scaled Agile software development. Orchestrated simultaneous efforts of up to five Product Owners for 10 scrum teams at a time.
•	Transformed a previously established corporate beta program into a more dynamic, transparent, and collaboration-driven Agile Customer Validation Program. Spearheaded an online collaboration between customers, partners, and the company's field engineering through incubation and growth of a vibrant online user community that eventually reached over 800 members, including representatives from over 230 customer and partner organizations.
•	Advanced CA’s market leadership position by driving strategic technology and marketing initiatives such as network virtualization market entry, on-demand software solution delivery model, innovative pricing models research, competitive intelligence, technology acquisition and partnerships, patent applications, product planning, and requirements management processes and tools, customer enhancements review processes and more.
