Oleg Ishchenko

Oleg Ishchenko is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in management, sales, marketing, and banking. He has a Master's degree in Banking Management with a specialty in Marketing of Banking Services from the Kyiv National Economic University, in addition to BBA degrees in Management from both ICU-Kiev and the International Christian University. He also attended Cajon High School in San Bernardino, CA, and Чернігівська СШ №11 before beginning his professional journey.

Over the years, Oleg has held various leadership roles in organizations such as Corefy, PowerCouple, NLP Team Ukraine, and Mediaedge, among others. As the Chief Sales Officer at Corefy, he is currently responsible for leading the company's sales team and driving revenue growth. His previous roles involved developing business strategies, creating marketing campaigns, building relationships, and managing media and agency relations. He has worked with notable brands such as Kraft Foods, ZenithOptimedia, and Cheil Communications.

Oleg is also skilled in coaching, having served as a coach with NLP Team Ukraine. He was also a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Lighthouse, where he helped develop leadership skills in emerging professionals.
