Oleg Gaidukov is an experienced technical leader with a diverse background in software development, ad-tech, and fintech. With over 14 years of experience and nine years of technical management, Gaidukov has a proven track record of building and leading successful teams. He has a Master of Science in engineering, Optical Physics from Volga State University of Telecommunications and Informatics.

Gaidukov has held various high-level positions over the years, including his current role as Chief Technology Officer at KEYMANO and former positions at ZiMAD, OSA Hybrid Platform, Netcracker, Media Energy, ZAO Banca Intesa, Rostelecom, and Metromax Group. He has expertise in developing high load web and real-time advertising applications, customized ERPs and hardened fintech applications, as well as networking, software architecting, research, and technical development.

Gaidukov is also experienced in Agile practices in development and operations, team building, technical support, accounting, project and product management. Fluent in English and a native speaker of Russian, Gaidukov has a global perspective on technology and business.
