Oksana Salamaszek is a lead program director at Highline Beta, where her focus is on finding and collaborating with innovative startups working on fascinating technology. Her expertise lies in scaling startups through the right corporate connections and mentorship. With a background in biology and chemical physics from Athabasca University and the University of Toronto, respectively, Oksana has designed and implemented multiple corporate innovation programs, including the Safe x Connected program for AVIVA Canada, the Intuit Prosperity Accelerator for Intuit, and the 100+ Sustainability Accelerator for Anheuser-Busch InBev. In addition, Oksana has worked as a project manager, co-creator, program director, community engagement coordinator, and co-organizer in various professional environments. She is always on the lookout for founders tackling exciting problem spaces and welcomes those interested in one of their programs or innovation generally.
