Ofer Shaltiel is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, tech, and corporate partnerships.

With experience at notable companies like Snap Inc. and Facebook, Ofer has a strong track record of leading initiatives in the mobile apps, consumer services, and venture capital sectors.

During his time at Facebook, Ofer pioneered the role of VC Partnerships Lead, establishing strategic relationships with venture capitalists and ecosystem partners.

Before his corporate ventures, Ofer co-founded and served as the CEO of Deltax, a Fintech startup revolutionizing the VAT claims process for tourists through a mobile app.

Ofer holds a dual degree in Law, Business, and Entrepreneurship from IDC Herzliya, where he also completed the Zell Entrepreneurship Program.
