Oded Golan
Roman Kaluzhner is a tech entrepreneur with a diverse background in business management and computer science. He has a master's in global business management and studied computer science at The Interdisciplinary Center and the University of Pennsylvania. Kaluzhner has worked his way up through the ranks in various organizations, starting as a software engineer at Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps and GreenCloud, becoming a project manager and tech director at TEDxHolyLand, a research and innovation lead at Treepodia, and eventually co-founding his own companies, including Start A Fire and EquityBee, where he currently serves as CPO. He is a devoted husband and father to three and is always looking for new ways to innovate and make a difference in the tech industry.
