Octavia Goredema

Octavia Goredema is a seasoned career coach and founder of Twenty Ten Agency. She is an accomplished professional with a passion for helping people achieve their career goals by leveraging their unique strengths. Octavia studied politics and history at the University of Leicester and holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing from CIM - The Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Octavia has been featured in numerous leading media outlets, including Yahoo, The Guardian, Grazia magazine, and Black Enterprise. She has also written for PayScale, Inc., The Creative Group, and Black Enterprise. Octavia co-hosts HBR Now, Harvard Business Review's weekly show about leadership. She is a Member of the Order of the British Empire, appointed by the Queen, and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Octavia has founded several organizations, including Twenty Ten Talent and Twenty Ten Agency, where she provides career coaching to professionals across the United States. She is a former Board Trustee at Zimbabwe Educational Trust, and she previously served as the Public Relations Director at Gensler and as the Entertainment Marketing Director at Edelman.

Octavia's upcoming book, published by Wiley, is a career guide for underrepresented women. Her work is driven by a desire to help people connect with their potential and succeed in their careers.
