Dr. Obi Ugwonali

Obi Ugwonali is a highly skilled doctor and entrepreneur with a strong passion for improving healthcare systems. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree with a general medicine focus from Yale University School of Medicine and went on to complete his hand and upper extremity surgery fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Following that, he pursued his orthopedic surgery residency program at Columbia University in the City of New York. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Economics from Stanford University.

As an entrepreneur, Obi is a serial founder and has founded several companies, including MedTrans Go, Inc., a platform that helps patients find reliable transportation to and from medical appointments. Additionally, he has experience as the CEO and founder of Utransport Concierge Services, where he developed a new model for non-emergency medical transportation services. He has also served as co-founder and managing partner at Black Angel Tech Fund, where he leveraged his extensive knowledge of healthcare technology to provide funding and mentorship to startups in the industry.
