Her current role focuses on advocacy with stakeholders in palm oil, plastics, and sustainability initiatives.

With a rich history in the consulting sector, private industry, senior government positions, and leadership in civil society, Nurdiana excels in operations, project implementation, change management, communication, and stakeholders' engagement. Her diverse experience enables her to drive real change and make a significant impact on businesses, government entities, and civil society organizations.

Notable positions in her career include Chief Operating Officer at Landscape Indonesia, Director for Southeast Asia at the Rainforest Alliance overseeing strategic planning, fundraising, and sustainable forestry, agriculture, and climate programs, Deputy Minister at the National REDD+ Agency in Indonesia, Senior Manager at Accenture, and Executive Director of the Indonesia Palm Oil Pledge (IPOP).
