Nosa Oghafua, a product manager and founder of Learnira, is making waves in the education technology sector. With a Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University, a Certificate in Management from Lagos Business School, and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Nosa has a diverse academic background that informs his approach to product management. He also completed several Product Masterclasses, including How to Build Digital Products, How to Build and Grow Product Teams, and How to Make Strategic Product Decisions at Product School.

Nosa founded Learnira in 2017 to make quality education more accessible to students in underserved communities in Nigeria. His team developed their proprietary technology, the Learnira Study Lab, in 2019, which aims to provide students with access to interactive learning resources. In recognition of his work, the Obama Foundation made Nosa an Obama Foundation Leader.

Before founding Learnira, Nosa worked as a Product Strategy Manager (intern) at TutorUp!, a Product Manager (Intern) at RGP, a HP Summer Scholar at HP, and a Graduate Data Analyst at Vanderbilt Peabody College. He also served as a Product Innovation Fellow (Course Project) at RGP.

Nosa's interests and skills span from product management, organizational performance, and education technology to chemical engineering and drilling. These skills and experiences make him a specialist in product management, IT strategy, data analytics, and business development.
