Norvel Taite is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in the military, oil and gas industry, and engineering. With a strong educational foundation from West Point, UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, and Michigan State University's Broad College of Business, Norvel brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to the table.

During his approximately 9-year tenure in the Army, Norvel acquired valuable expertise in leadership, operations management, project management, contract management, aviation maintenance management, logistics, and executive coaching. This experience honed his skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and team leadership.

Transitioning to the oil and gas sector, Norvel spent around 8 years as an engineer, specializing in cross-functional leadership, project and program management, vendor management, environmental compliance, asset integrity, process safety, and technical mentorship. His contributions at Shell as a Process Safety Engineer and Senior Chemical Engineer have been significant and have showcased his ability to drive business success while prioritizing safety and compliance.
