Norman Lazarus

Norman Lazarus is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse background in academia, government, industry, and sports.

In academia, he serves as a Professor at Guy's Campus in London, focusing on Human Applied and Physiological Sciences.

His government roles include Head of the Food Chemical Unit and Adviser on the Toxicology of Chemicals in Food to the Minister of Health and MAFF. He also worked as the Medical Secretary for the Committee of Toxicity and Committee for Novel Foods.
