Norman Keul is an accomplished academic leader and expert in linguistics, German literature, and language. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a Master of Arts in German Language, Literature, and a Bachelor of Arts in German from Stephen F. Austin State University. Keul went on to attain a Doctor of Philosophy in German Literature and Language from the University of California, Berkeley. He served as the Dean of Duke University and actively participates in various academic organizations.
