Norman Jones is a highly experienced attorney with a strong focus on tax credit investments, representing investors, developers, and lenders in over 2000 transactions.

With 19 years of experience in structuring and closing tax credit deals, Norman excels in problem-solving and enjoys fostering new business partnerships in the industry.

He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Minnesota Law School and a Bachelor's degree with majors in Political Economy and Classics, along with a minor in Math from Hillsdale College.

Currently serving as a Shareholder and Attorney at Winthrop & Weinstine, Norman previously worked as a Staff Attorney at Deloitte.

Apart from his professional endeavors, Norman also finds joy in explaining complex tax credit concepts to his teenagers.
