Norm Sozio is a seasoned technology executive with over 25 years of experience in the field. He is the Founder and President of Corsica Partners, a top-notch talent acquisition firm. Norm holds a BSEE in Computer Engineering, which he graduated magna cum laude from Northeastern University. He started his career at Digital Equipment Corporation as an engineer and contributed to the design of high-end multiprocessor systems. Later, he joined Viewlogic Systems and worked in client-facing roles advising global accounts on design methodology and the implementation of corporate-wide design data management solutions.

In 1996, Norm cofounded Synchronicity, a venture-backed software company that built commercial Web-based design management applications for chip-design.
